This is a 60 minute session via zoom, guided by "Spirit," to move you through emotional stress, help you overcome life's challenges, and heal your physical body. You can pick the topic, or let spirit take the lead on what to discuss.

Spirit will provide messages to give you clarity, relief, and inspiration, along with the next steps to take for your physical and emotional health. During the session I will also be releasing trapped emotions from you, and moving energy through meridians and chakras. This session is great to support you when healing physical ailments, and to get clarity and guidance on anything currently on your mind. Many people feel the energy shifting during the session and it's common to feel thirsty and a little tired as the healing takes place.

This is a package of 4 sessions via zoom (thirty minutes each) to release the emotional baggage you carry in your heart.

We have all experienced varying levels of heart break, loss, disappointment, shock, abandonment, rejection, etc.  These trapped emotions impact your relationships, your mood, your physical health (for example, heart attacks, neck and shoulder pain), your motivations and confidence, and can keep you feeling stuck in the past.

The emotion code is a 30 minute session via zoom, to release emotional baggage that you're carrying from the past. Trapped emotions can come from your own experiences, or they can be emotions you absorbed from others or inherited.  Because emotions are frequencies, if they stay in your system beyond their point of usefulness, it starts to affect your mood, how you respond to life's challenges, and over time leads to physical ailments and illness.

The Emotion Code is great for adults, children, even animals. Large traumas, along with seemingly insignificant events, can create trapped emotions. It's fascinating to connect the dots and see how old emotions are showing up in your current life patterns, and then to be able to release those emotions.

 Life Coaching will open your eyes to your own patterns and universal truths of how to move through life on your own terms with lots of love and dreams achieved! Life coaching tools also teach you how to let go of the past and be unhindered by your limitations and fears.

We'll meet for 1 hour each week, for 6 weeks. During that time, you'll bust through limiting beliefs and move towards your ideal life. You'll release pain, gain clarity, learn mental tools to help you move through life with more ease and joy, and you'll uplevel your emotional intelligence game.

In addition, to help you along the way, I'll do 2 energy healing session on you each week (30 minutes each, emailed to you). This will help clear emotional baggage and enhance your overall well-being.
